Basic human rights policy

Lulu Shokai Co., Ltd.'s mission is to "design communication and quickly resolve potential issues faced by society and businesses," and we respect the identity of each individual and contribute to the realization of fair trade.
We recognize that the process of doing business may directly or indirectly affect human rights, and in order to respect the human rights of all people involved in business, we have established the ``Lulu Business Human Rights Policy'' ( We have established this policy (hereinafter referred to as this policy) and will promote efforts to respect human rights.

1.Basic idea
As a company that is a member of society, we recognize the importance of respecting human rights in all our activities. We view the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) as a framework for implementation, and comply with the laws and regulations of each country or region in which we operate. If there is a conflict between internationally recognized human rights and the laws of each country, we will seek ways to maximize the respect of the following international human rights principles.

2. Scope of application
This policy applies to all officers and employees. We also ask all business partners related to our products and services to understand and comply with this policy.

3.Responsibility to respect human rights
We recognize that we cannot completely eliminate the possibility that our business activities may have a negative impact on society. We will strive not to violate the human rights of those affected by our business activities, and if our business activities have a negative impact on human rights, we will take appropriate measures to correct them. We will build a supply chain that fulfills our responsibility to respect human rights.

4. Human Rights Due Diligence and Remedies
We will establish a human rights due diligence system, identify any negative human rights impacts on society, and work to prevent and reduce them. In addition, if it becomes clear that business activities have directly caused a negative impact on human rights, or if it becomes clear that an indirect impact has occurred through business relationships, or even if the negative impact is not obvious, If there is any doubt, we will work to remedy the situation through dialogue and appropriate procedures based on international standards.

5. Information disclosure
We will disclose the progress and results of our efforts to respect human rights on our website, etc.

In the process of implementing this policy, we will receive advice from independent external experts and sincerely engage in dialogue and consultation with stakeholders.

We will provide appropriate education and training to ensure that this policy is incorporated into all business activities and implemented effectively.

8. Responsible person

9.Priority themes in human rights
We will position the items stipulated in our Corporate Ethics Code as important themes in human rights compliance.

● Discrimination/harassment
We respect the human rights and personality of individuals, eliminate all forms of discrimination and harassment based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, language, disability, etc., and create a work environment where people are treated fairly. make. If human rights violations are discovered, we will promptly take appropriate measures, including measures to prevent recurrence, while protecting the privacy of those involved.
